Mt. Rainier National Park Wildflower Bridals | Tyler + Antonina

Mt Rainier is hands down my favorite mountain to work at & to simply be in the presence of, especially during the wildflower season. One of the many things I love about Mt Rainier is that it has many easy paths that connect straight to the parking lot which gives access to amazing views to so many different people. Ive been to so many mountains that have required intense hiking & climbing to be able to enjoy the views, don’t get me wrong its wonderful to be able to climb & work towards the top of a location but it is also wonderful when there are pieces of nature that can be enjoyed by all types of people, not just the ones who are intense hikers. You can of course hike higher into the mountain for even more insane views, but this little wildflower field location at the base of Mt Rainier about a 2mile walk from the parking lot was perfect for us! There is so much more you can explore at Mt Rainer, lush forests, dried up riverbeds(in the summer), beautiful lakes, rushing waterfalls, and many little paths that zig zag through fields of flowers which makes you feel like you're standing right in the middle of them.
We waited a whole entire year to finally be able to shoot with Tyler & Antonina, after the pandemic setting back so many of our sessions, this one being one of them. Finally a year later the National Parks started to open up again so we ran (more like drove) to Mt Rainier in time for wildflower season. We of course arrived a week too early so not all the flowers were opened, but there were just enough for us to get a taste of how beautiful the sea of purple flowers look against the jagged mountain. Such a lovely contrast.
It was a wonderful day spent with Tyler & Antonina, they both have such contagious joy and made capturing their love so easy!
